LOOSELY ASSORTED LOVE LETTERS: dubious duet; two incoherent poems

weird water wading
skating along in sand
slinky being
peeling the skin on the
side of your colossal nail

a fallen eyelash settles into dust
its lamenting whisper long in the hush
what delicate vessel is finally lost
a wish thrown to sea,
a watermelon dropped on a pointed rock
